I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. I would strongly recommend DJ Plastering and will certainly try to use them again.

Sorry for the late rating but I had to wait a sufficient time to check if the roof was no longer leaking. Courteous upon applying to view the job, James kept me updated when he was delayed on a job, prior to viewing the job. Asked open questions about the project, gave me an option to reseal or coat the roof with PF500 liquid rubber for 45% of the charge we'd been quoted by two other companies, to take felt off and redo the entire roof which is probably 30 months old. 10 year guarantee too. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
