Jack and his team were absolutely fab. They called, arranged a time, came on the dot. Saw the issue and gave a fair price. Then they went off, got the part, back when they said they'd be back, shimmied up and sorted the problem. i've been messed around before by people who say they're coming and don't bother. What I appreciated about them was they didn't BS me, kept to timings and were a really nice and affable team. They're just really good, professional and just the right team.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.
