Dave contacted me pretty quickly and then came out to see the issue the same day. By the next day, the scaffolding was up and unfortunately the leak wasn’t a simple fix but Dave took me up on the roof to see the issues first hand. He suggested repairing the roof in stages to manage the cost but as he progressed up the roof, the whole roof needed replacing as the felt had worn down throughout the roof, we had rotten battens and a damaged chimney. This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

George started really well but unfortunately didn't finish the small areas required to complete. Had to finish of some small cosmetic issues myself. Such a shame as the main tiling work was really good.
Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys
