Formed in 1973 as a family-run business. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.

Not only was in bang on budget, they took exactly the amount of time they said it would, even by putting in some extra hours to get it finished off as promised. They were very communicative, keeping us informed throughout the project, and really went the extra mile. I've asked them to quote for more work in the future.
