Adam did the lighting job for us that we initially requested. He then did a loft conversion for us and also transformed a second loft space which had been rather dreary and uninspired and is now light and airy and a pleasure to be in. He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
