Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.

Shaun and his team have done a stellar job from start to finish. He came out to give me a quote and explained exactly what he was going to do and even making helpful suggestions. I've not been able to be at the property whilst they carried out the work but they just cracked on and did a fantastic job on our office, staying within budget and the timeframe. Adrian ( Home Plumbing Solutions) attended my house at short notice to quote for what I thought was a cartridge issue with shower. He examined the shower and in his opinion only 2 years old it was running ok. It was decided to leave it at the moment and if the problem re occurs, should be able to change the cartridge or investigate further. Very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to attend late on a Sat afternoon. I would definitely contact Home Plumbing Solutions with future issues.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
