Tom Humphries and his team recently built our new porch & relayed our patio. Excellent quality work, reliable & very knowledgeable tradesmen. The porch has a vaulted ceiling with spot lights, shelving and very nice rounded brickwork steps up to the front door. The original patio had steps - it was dug out and re-layed to one level, in just a few days. Regular skips meant there was never any mess. The whole team went the extra mile so everything was perfect. Very pleased with everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jon air con did an excellent job of relocating a Daikin air con unit, they dismantle the system that was fitted in one room and they relocated in another room this is a much complex work than just fitting a new system, i was impressed by the quality of the work and tidiness, attention to detail. Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse

I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I am literate in reading and running builds from architects drawings and can lay any type of drainage from engineers instructions.

Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. He lacks professionalism and composure. He doesn’t know how to relate to customer. I don’t feel like he knows what he is doing. He is a confused person. I won’t recommend him

It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
