Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. The work was for my elderly mother but was being organised and paid for by me and I live in france. Not the easiest of arrangements for the electrician but he coped well. All contact was prompt and responsive. Times, dates and price kept too. Work completed as requested. Clean and tidy worker. No hesitation in recommending.
