I got a small bit of tiling done in my condition with Queensbury. The tiler arrived on time, worked quickly and did an excellent finish. It looks really pro. It was significantly cheaper than the other quote I received too.

My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Craig is vey knowledgeable about his trades and helped with additional advice and guidance that was much appreciated. Craig consulted us throughout the process and tiling finish is great. We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. Very clear communication throughout the job and completed very promptly. I would absolutely use them again. Many thanks for your work

Unfortunately we asked Dany and his team to build us a wardrobe which they confirmed they could do a top quality job. The result was far from the truth. The end result was terrible. We also asked Dany to replace some roofing and again he did an incomplete jib. We notified hime regarding this,. He has promised to fix this but its been over 2 weeks he has promised to to fix it but failed to resolve the bad and incomplete work.. I will not recommend him.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.
