I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Exceptional service by Immy. This was my first experience of using someone from RatedPeople and I was slightly nervous until Immy turned up to sort some home networking issues. We arranged a convenient time for me, Immy did the job at a very reasonable price and furthermore when there were some problems (due to circumstances outside Immy's control) he returned free of charge to spend the same amount of time fixing things. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
