They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend Nick wise, he treats your home as if it were his, he ensures the work was of a high standard and we could not be more pleased with his work. It was finished before time. He was polite and genuinely concerned at doing the best job possible, I would be more than happy to give him the best possible reference to anyone making enquires and would certainly use him again, nice to have a decent job done for a decent price and professionally finished

Although there was a short delay in getting the work completed once the tradesmen were on site the work was completed efficiently and to an excellent standard, The site was cleared and the property secured on completion,

The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.
