Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

I have been trading for 20 years, so I have plenty of experience in the building trade. For the past 3 years I have been building from extensions, brick and block work, too pitching roofs and all types of timber work for another company. Phil responded to my job within 2 hours and was at my house shortly after to quote, which was fantastic. He quoted an excellent price and was here to complete the job at 7.55am for an 8am appointment - again, superb. He was tidy, putting clothes down on the carpet and cleaning up after he had finished the work. I would highly recommend Phil for any plastering work.
