Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. He gives me good advice on cost management and the project execution. He flexible with scheduling. His pricing is fair.

Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
