The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Dany and Marko worked efficiently, completing the job in just two days. The tiles were laid perfectly, and the tricky mosaic floor pattern was flawless. Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.
