This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. There was another small job which I was going to post seperatly which I showed to Chris which he accepted and was completed in exactly the same efficient maner.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

All works were carried out to my complete satisfaction. Steve and Dave were very punctual each day, kept us informed of their progress with additional works carried out with care and to a high standard. Steve works in a very organized manner and always tidied up at the end of each day. All in all I would be happy to recommend Steve and will be engaging him again for other works in the future.

John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . I can recommended without hesitation . The room is finished to a high standard , and is better then I imagined .

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions

Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. We would highly recommend him and if we have any further works we will definitely get him in to do them. We received a few quotes and Jons was very fair. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom. Andy contacted me very quickly after posting our job. He was prompt, provided a very reasonable quote and returned to do the work within a couple of days. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and even tidied up afterwards, what more could you want. He gets 10/10 from us. Thanks Andy!

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)!
