Sam has done all our building work since his first job for us last year. He has a very professional attitude, is totally trustworthy and honest.His work is excellent and he leaves no mess behind him! He has done quite a few jobs for us this year and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

We are really pleased to have used Rated People.com where we found Andy of Plumb Yorks. He quoted us for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. The work has been carried out to the highest standards by very likeable and highly competent tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a wonderful new bathroom. Neil gave me a very competitive quote over the phone, turned up on time and did a really good job. He also offered to come back and trim the carpet free of charge should it expand in the warmth of the flat, given the carpet had been stored in my basement. Really good customer service. Thanks.

Very happy with the work that Jonathan did for me fitting a new fuse box and a few other smaller jobs. Completed on time, cheapest quote, good workmanship and a friendly guy. Will definitely use again.

David arrived on time for both days and worked from 8am to 6pm on the first day. Worked extremely hard with no complaints and took care with his work. I will definitely ask him back to do any further work in the future.

Brilliant job from start to finish, very tidy worker, excellent job done of removing old suite and tiles, fitting of new suite, wall and floor tiles, and new radiator, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him

I would defiantly recommend Tom Spellman. they installed a gas cooker on the day they advised. Friendly engineers who even put the old cooker in the garden for me. I was let down twice until I used this site top company. Richard
