We are very pleased with our new bathroom which was a complete refurb. John and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and tidied up afterwards. Their quality of work was to a very high standard, they were cheerful and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
