Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Our house being old, there were a number of complications, and Neil found a solution each time, without increasing the cost. I would definitely recommend NPS, and will certainly use them in any future projects we have.

Jim was friendly, reliable, and great value for money. The work took a couple of days longer than expected due to the density of the mortar in our brickwork but this didn't affect the original quote and it was great to have a tradesman who got on with his work but also happy to chat and explain the whole process.

Simon is very very good, he not only sorted our gutters, but realised that the company we used last had left a lot of moss and rubbish in the gutters and in the valleys on the roof. Simon replaced our broken tiles, repointed our ridge tiles, and did a treatment to stop the moss coming back. Every bit was cleaned he even did our patio. Would highly recommend. All work is under a written guarantee for seven years. Worth every penny.

They deserve good marks all round. The quote was extremely reasonable and competitive. Once we agreed the job, they turned up on the day, on time! The project was finished on budget in the projected time frame, and all the while they were extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
