Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Thanks to Pavel I now have a new staircase in the bedroom and the ladder has finally gone :) Pavel contacted me, arranged to visit to assess the job and advised it would be cheaper to buy a staircase and install that instead of building one from scratch. New staircase arrived and Pavel worked his magic to get it installed - absolutely over the moon. Pavel is a joiner with exceptional skills and comes highly recommended.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!
