I was kept informed of the progress throughout and even involved in discussions on where to put the contrasting coloured stripe on the walls for best effect. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Job done to time and with no complications - it was easy just to let the team get on with it with minimal day to day involvement. Stewart and his team left the site in a very neat and tidy state. Result is a complete refresh to the end of our garden - some drainage problems resolved, new walls and fencing built and a paved area relaid. All looks great and as expected
