After arranging a visit at least 3 to 4 times, they never turned up. I kept asking if they were still interested, response was yet another time when they will come. Joe doesn't even pick up calls, I understand sometimes he cannot if he is in the middle of a job, but my calls were not retuned too. Extremely unhappy customer..

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy

Came out to measure up and give quote. Quote did not come, reminded them about quote and they said it had been sent. gave them alternative email but still no quote. Why not say they didn't want the job instead of me hanging on. One star is the lowest I can give or it would have been ZERO

He never turned up. He never called, i have left endless telephone messages on his mobile and at his house with his partner. A complete waste of time. DO NOT USE.
