Tom came over the following day after adding my job to Rated people, he was very professional & straight away I knew he would help super quick & he explained what I needed. His team were fast friendly efficient & very professional, 2 guys came over the following day & completed the work the next day. All in all 1.5 days work & I absolutely love my new tiled floor. David has done two jobs for me, the first job was at an acceptable standard Tilling a kitchen, there were a few mistakes but all in all acceptable. but the second job was installation of wooden floor, several mistakes were made and to add to the poor job David did not finish the job because he left on holiday. The result I lost a client and the client had to hire someone else law to remove the floor and place a new one.

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly.
