Ivor undertook the initial measuring and quotes, putting us at ease with his suggestions and solutions. Then when the job started he and his team arrived in good numbers and on time. They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. We had 3 pieces of work completed in just over 1 week, with payment only on completion to our satisfaction.

Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed.
