We contacted several tilers to provide quotes for what was quite a substantial job. Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. He began the job without delay, continued through to the end and provided a first class professional service going the extra mile to ensure finer detailing was spot-on and passed on trade savings to us. Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.

Dean and Liam attended early Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem which was the motorised valve. They also checked all the wiring and fitted a new wiring control box. Very pleased.

Shaun took on the task of painting my double bay windows he was friendly and very professional the result is what can only be described as excellent. The coat was was very reasonable and the hard work he put into it will last a very long time. Thank you so much for a great job would recommend him to anyone who needs a similar job doing.

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.
