The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

I cannot recommend Graham and his team highly enough. Friendly, helpful, polite and great work. It is very apparent that the most important thing to Graham is customer satisfaction.

Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.

Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Came across problems with the plumbing and level and they were brilliant to make the job complete and nice guys and very neat and left us very happy and fully recommend and look forward to using Barney as team in future for sure!
