Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Explained all options to me, answered any questions and gave me a very reasonable price. Craig is a very personable guy, friendly and polite. He did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Fantastic, really good work that Matthew and son did.He removed shrubs next to my driveway, extended pathway to our front steps , laid very impressive concrete. A great team, highly recommended. Check the company, they do all sorts of improvements I will definitely, absolutely use Mathew and son again. They get things done , and according to specifications!. Thanks Matthew! A great job very well done, in the fitting of laminate flooring to our hallway and downstairs cloakroom, even removing, adjusting and refitting all of the sanitary ware. A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and quality of the job and will certainly look to use on another project when funds allow.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.

We had Richard in to do the new kitchen floor tiling. We liked what he did so had him back to do the kitchen splashback and also a tiled area just inside the front door. Would recommend him to anyone. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I had given the job to some one befor JP plastering had time to give me a written quota that was my fault and lack of communication between me and my son not JP plastering JP quota was very competitive thanks for your time when we do my son kitchen I will definitely let you give a quotation thanks again

Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. We believe this company does various tasks wouldn’t hesitate asking him to do a job for us again or recommended colleagues.
