Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. Prompt service, exactly what we wanted and they confirmed we didn't need to have an expensive set if repairs through a simple inspection of our cavity wall ties using an endoscopic camera. I'd definitely use again.
