As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending Prestige Construction to friends and family.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. I made the school boy error of paying Paul in full before I had the chance to see the job he did. Long story short he delivered a poor job and didn’t do a part of what he had quoted and got paid for. I asked for him to return to rectify the problems and pay back some of the money and he has since blocked me. I’m right now pursuing a claim against him in SCC.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back.
