Hi everyone . My name is Sirghie Ghiata , I'm 36 years old, working in construction from very young child ,more than 15 years in big sites , I was working in a large area developing professional skills and a vast experience in buildings with height performances. I'm able to do different jobs like carpentry: second fix:kitchens install, doors, windows , laminate flooring , wooden flooring, skirting, etc...first fix, roof ,floor extensions,wall partitions, fences, terraces, decking etc... Fixer plasterboard , walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation lofts... Also, I have a few friends ready any time to cooperate with me to do the work for achieve the best results and height quality jobs. Together we doing the jobs like houses refurbishment , plastering, painting, bathrooms, bedrooms, loft boarding and partitions, loft leaders install, extensions and conservatories , brick walls, garden sheets, home maintenance ,upvc windows glass replacements and many more. I,m looking to do reliable jobs, to inform my clients about all the situations and methods to get the quality results in the end of work, I have a vast experience and I'm happy to give any advice. I know very well , the places where I'm working is important places for my clients, can be houses, offices, study places however the cleaning and tidy is one of our priority, keeping everything clean and protect around at any time when we doing any work action. All certification and insurance documents available if requested. I’m a fully established builder with a methodical attention to detail. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.
