Paul and his team were fantastic. My wife and I have always been a bit apprehensive about having people in our house when we are out, but we had no worries with Paul and his team. They were very hard working, reliable and trust worthy. I would absolutely use them again as the quality of what they have done is outstanding. They take pride in their work and it shows as they always made sure they cleared up at the end of each day. Thanks guys, the basement looks incredible.

I’m really pleased I found Alex! He came and quoted the job quickly and began work quickly . He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! His work quality is fantastic , he completed the job ahead of time , explained everything to me and is very personable and polite . A really , really nice guy. Would recommend and use again

Filip deserves his high rating here as I found him very reliable, honest, timely, and above all producing high quality work. Affordable Quality As Standard. As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering All trades. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
