We are a Bearsden based building company with over 35 years of experience in construction . We specialise in loft conversions and basement conversions including water control measures . The largest part of our works are in the west end and south side of Glasgow . The largest part of our clients are through word of mouth or recommendations . We use rated people as a gap filler between our clients hence the limited amount of jobs online . We are a one stop shop , with all experienced trades in-house .
Had couple company’s out to look at garage conversion although I found Scott on Rated People and glad I did Scott and his Team converted garage with ease the quality of work was great I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and plan to yous his services in future also a pleasure having his Team in the house clean and tidy workers throughout.
I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.

I had few people coming to check the tiling job and he was the only one who came and explained in details what needs to be done, what things to avoid and suggestions of how to make things better.
