Attended within hours of putting my request into Rated People for work on roofing repairs around a leaky dormer window.. Gave me two cost options for the job depending on what I needed doing and was then able to complete the work that afternoon. He explained to me what he had done with his team and showed photographs of the work he had completed. Very efficient. Even cleaned an out of the way dormer window for me at no extra charge whilst he was up on the roof.Well done! Martin, Cross Hills.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. I'm happy to recommend Jonathan.
