My name is Sirghie Ghiata , I'm 36 years old, working in construction from very young child ,more than 15 years in big sites , I was working in a large area developing professional skills and a vast experience in buildings with height performances. I'm able to do different jobs like carpentry: second fix:kitchens install, doors, windows , laminate flooring , wooden flooring, skirting, etc...first fix, roof ,floor extensions,wall partitions, fences, terraces, decking etc... Fixer plasterboard , walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation lofts... Also, I have a few friends ready any time to cooperate with me to do the work for achieve the best results and height quality jobs. Together we doing the jobs like houses refurbishment , plastering, painting, bathrooms, bedrooms, loft boarding and partitions, loft leaders install, extensions and conservatories , brick walls, garden sheets, home maintenance ,upvc windows glass replacements and many more. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

All certification and insurance documents available if requested. I’m a fully established builder with a methodical attention to detail. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I am literate in reading and running builds from architects drawings and can lay any type of drainage from engineers instructions.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.
