Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!

In the first instance they provided an excellent value for money quote - work was carried out on time without any hitches. They understood that not all the work could be carried out in one go indeed they needed to come to our home x4 times to complete the works; nothing was too much trouble to these guys. Anthony explained what he intended to do and demonstrated alternative LED lights to us very professionally. He checked everything for safety and replaced parts as needed. Anthony made a verbal quote based on costs of parts and three hours labour and still charged for 3 hours labour although he spent just over an hour on the job. He stated that the extra cost was due to time spent collecting the parts.
