William was a great find! He was flexible with his starting time to allow me to get to work on time. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.

When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. Hired to replace my bathroom floor tiles after another builder install them. He was attentive in his initial inspection and talked me through what was wrong and how he could fix it. His prices were very reasonable even though the scope of the job changed slightly once he started. He was extremely punctual and took care and precision in his work. He also knew plumbers and joiners which he brought in to assist saving me sourcing others. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him.

Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.
