Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Brian did a very professional job. Very intricate tiling jobs due to the extent of the cutting required for confined spaces. Worked 3 full days but was prepared to see the job through and not rush with time or quality. Demonstrated a real pride for his work and the result was superb. Very accomplished at his trade. This man came to replace a gutter. He never gave me any receipt,he said he would drop it off later as he didn't have a receipt book. With first big rainfall the gutter started leaking. I contacted him twice,he said he would come to fix it,which never happened. Waste of time and money.

On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too.
