We had just had a bad experience with another builder and were weary of tradesmen but Maurize was trustworthy from the get go and went out of his way to fill us with confidence. My trees are now nicely cut back and a good shape, so the job was good in that respect. However, my garden has been left in a terrible state - plants trampled, pots knocked over, a solar light & wooden trellis broken, bits of branch and log scattered around the garden, wood chips everywhere. Horrible. It took them SO long to do the job (7 hours) that it was getting dark when they left so I couldn't see the full impact. I will have to get a gardener to fix it. Beechwood's cheap quote was a bad false economy.

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
