To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

I didn't have to worry about anything, the guys took care of everything, from renting a skip to the final inspection. I am impressed by their professionalism.

Chris was prompt in calling me and arranging to visit to quote me for the job but unfortunately he let me down twice. First time he did let me know he couldn’t come which seemed legitimate but has now made me very suspicious after the second time I waited for over 3 hours and got no response to my message. Very disappointed and sorry I can’t recommend this company.
