Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I'm very satisfied and would use both the website and Fraser again and would recommend Fraser to anyone needing roofing work.

George got in touch with me very quickly and was extremely helpful & very professional. I am delighted with my new fence and can't thank him enough for the brilliant job he did! He kept me up to date with what he was doing. Very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him & would ask him again for future jobs.

Very impressed with Michael. Fitted a kitchen tap that I couldn’t get to. I was thinking it would take about 45 mins but he had it fitted in about 15. I was quoted £70 and I offered him £80 but insisted on £70. Will definitely hire him again if required

Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Answered promptly, told rate for an hour, and suggested arrival time. Once agreed by text with me, turned up on time with tools and parts, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Was polite and businesslike. I highly recommend.

Took on a small and awkward job to straighten an external door frame without me having to pay out for a new door. Also replaced all the door hardware. Appear to be trustworthy and reliable. Nobody else applied for the job and I would definitely use again.

Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

We received excellent service from Steve from the first to the last communication. He turned up when he said he would, provided detailed information about how the job would be undertaken and kept me updated regularly as the work progressed. Steve's approach is very professional and the quality of how work is excellent. This was a huge, outdoor job that was made all the more challenging because of the poor summer weather we have just had. However, Steve ensured we had the best of his attention at all times.

Christopher Hampton is very professional, and always maintained excellent communication leading up to the date for the job. He arrived on time, and was courteous and friendly. The quality of work is excellent, and the price was just right. I would not hesitate to recommend Hampton Preservation and Maintenance Services Ltd. Ewan n Liam were very professional from the off set bring samples of the materials that they would be using for the job if we decided to go them. Once we had others out to quote we decided to got with these guys, the wk before the job they were checking that we were still going ahead with the job. No money was taken up front for the materials payed after the job was completed needless to say we were very happy ???? customers, whilst the job was going on there were quite a few passers by commenting.
