Edward and his team provided a speedy and efficient response from start to finish. They were polite and didn't waste time; they cleaned up well. The cost was more than I had thought initially but I was provided with a written estimate and photographic evidence of the scale of work required and I'm satisfied it was fair and reasonable. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
