Sebastian did a excellent job could not pick one fault with it, was always on time and kept us upto date with cost of everything, finished the bathroom to a professional quality, would have thought he was doing his own bathroom everything had to be done to perfection. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Matty provided regular updates and discussed our requirements, offering quality cost effective solutions. Regular communication and updates was really helpful and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!
