Posted my job which needed doing asap , Stuart called up and arranged a time to come and quote. He turned up on time when he said he would. He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

Using this person was the biggest mistake I ever made, he came to my house and promised me the earth Telling me how good he was and how good of a job he would do He told me he would rub down the walls and fill holes he didn’t he got gloss paint on my carpet going round the skirting boards and up the stairs and on the landing he got green paint from the alcoves on door frames on the other side of the room he splashed paint over three varnished doors and gloss on a carpet that was replaced at a cost to me
