Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Very good service from Karl who diagnosed the problem and quoted for the job via a telephone call which, tbh, I found quite unusual, however, he arrived when promised with the correct equipment and solved our problem within a couple of hours. We had a damp issue which we thought was caused by the leaky roof, following Karl's visit this is now resolved. Karl was friendly and competent and very knowledgeable, I would definitely use his service again and would recommend him for anyone else,
