Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wayne was fantastic, he came on time and sorted out a time sensitive job right before Christmas. He was reasonably priced. A storm with 90mph wind pushed the start date a couple days back as outside work was needed but he made sure it was done as soon as the weather settled. Our Cat loves her flap she uses it 5 times a day! We were able to go away for a couple days with out automatic feeder and pet cam with minimal help from a neighbours which was great. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Hi we are a family run business. We have been for 30+years. We do 10/10 Gardening and Landscape jobs. All of our customers are always satisfied and always happy to have us back to do more.
Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.
Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
