Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. Whilst en route he posted me pictures of the materials used, so that I could choose. The work was quickly and efficiently carried out professionally and was invited to check the progress, and comprehensive explanations given. All equipment was removed and area cleaned up on completion, and I was also told how to care for my new fence and gate. A wonderful team.

Using this person was the biggest mistake I ever made, he came to my house and promised me the earth Telling me how good he was and how good of a job he would do He told me he would rub down the walls and fill holes he didn’t he got gloss paint on my carpet going round the skirting boards and up the stairs and on the landing he got green paint from the alcoves on door frames on the other side of the room he splashed paint over three varnished doors and gloss on a carpet that was replaced at a cost to me

I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.
