Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. The company started the job quite well, but then came the delays with deliveries, and broken items. There were then issues with installing the shower, which were partly linked to another delay, but also them being unwilling to go and pick a small part up, which would have delayed the fitting for another 4 days. The quality of the completed bathroom wasn't what we expected, we were disappointed with a lot of the finish, leaving space above shower panels, which looks very strange.

I was very pleased with Dean's work. Dean is a very experienced decorator. Dean turn up on time every day. It was finished just in time for Christmas. There was no unexpected cost. Dean cleaned up when he finished. I will definitely be using dean in the future. I will also recommend dean to friend's and family.

Honest review. Fitting worktop - done to a good standard. Had to return the following day to install a shaker shelf as the oven needed to be raised. This was not put on straight so had to ask him to correct it (which he did no problem) the worktop needed the edging put on as he didn’t do it the day before.. asked a few times he said he would do it, started scratching away on the edges and has now chipped the corner of the front of the worktop and has still not done the edging. Sink leaking also.Won’t reply.
