He cemented 3 loose paving stones, fixed the front door that wouldn't open, installed a cat flap and a key safe. Most importantly he rejected a job that needed a skilled roofer. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.
