Sam was great - he co-ordinated with our plumber as he was fitting flooring, arrived on time and even went to get additional items on my behalf. The job was finished in a day and the 2 rooms look great finished. All the rubbish was bagged and cleared from the house and he cleaned everywhere after the job. Would definitely recommend ???

We hired Marshall’s to remove an old corrugated roof from our conservatory and replace with a new Polycarbonate roof. Jamie, Mick and Dylan have completed the work and have done a fantastic job. They listened to me and completed the work I asked for rather than trying to talk the job up at extra cost. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work.
