He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. A comprehensive job was required and Ease Services delivered! From plumbing to electrical work, tiling and fitting my new kitchen. I ordered the kitchen on line & needed help to make sure I got it right. I wasn't afraid to ask questions on anything I wasn't sure about and everything was explained to me. We worked out any problems that came up with input & discussions from both sides and agreed the way forward together which was refreshing. Thank you for a job well done.
Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

The company started the job quite well, but then came the delays with deliveries, and broken items. There were then issues with installing the shower, which were partly linked to another delay, but also them being unwilling to go and pick a small part up, which would have delayed the fitting for another 4 days. The quality of the completed bathroom wasn't what we expected, we were disappointed with a lot of the finish, leaving space above shower panels, which looks very strange.
