Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

Fantastic, really good work that Matthew and son did.He removed shrubs next to my driveway, extended pathway to our front steps , laid very impressive concrete. A great team, highly recommended. Check the company, they do all sorts of improvements I will definitely, absolutely use Mathew and son again. They get things done , and according to specifications!. Thanks Matthew! Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Explained all options to me, answered any questions and gave me a very reasonable price. Craig is a very personable guy, friendly and polite. He did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

A great job very well done, in the fitting of laminate flooring to our hallway and downstairs cloakroom, even removing, adjusting and refitting all of the sanitary ware. A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and quality of the job and will certainly look to use on another project when funds allow.
